Our highly advanced factories are multi-functional and equipped for fresh fruit and vegetable packaging as well as food processing.
At Gir Lion factory, the manufacturing units function 24/7. We also have highly advanced quality control units for which we have appointed trained professionals. We have hi-tech labs, instruments and resources to cater to your requirements and match your choices with excellent quality products.
Our ripening process is meticulously planned so only properly ripened fruits go under the treatment to become the surpassed products. With our ever-increasing capacity, we have also updated the machinery to continue making the products liked by our clients and loved by their customers.
Canning Line has a capacity of 6 MT/hour for fruit pulp.
Aseptic Lines have a capacity of 10 MT/hour for fruit pulp and consists of reputed machines - Alfa Lava, HRS
The Multi-commodity Sortex line has a capacity of 4 MT/Hour and consists of reputed machines - Meyer, Buhler & Fowler Westrup
The multi produce packhouse consists of different imported machines like automatic sorting & grading machines, hot water treatment system from the UK and USA.
All the fresh produce is packed meticulously under hygienic conditions.
Preserving nature’s produce in the frozen form is the best way to enjoy them without any restrictions. Our fruits and vegetables are frozen on optimum temperature and also transported by maintaining the same proficiency.

Our happiness is not less than someone who grows their food in their home garden. We grow food for the world and bring it directly to our processing facility which is located right in the middle of our Mango gardens. Our infrastructure unit is spread across an area of 35 acres at Talala, Gir. It enjoys the best road connectivity for land transportation. It is also near the second largest port of Gujarat, Pipavav.
